If we reject your application, you are welcome to reapply to the Affiliate Program at any time.

Commission: As an affiliate of Shoppingpal.biz, you will earn a commission of 10% on all products sold to customers who have been referred to Shoppingpal.biz through your unique affiliate link. We will track the sales made through your link and pay you the appropriate commission through PayPal.

Linking to Shoppingpal.biz: As a participant in the Affiliate Program, you may use a variety of linking methods to promote Shoppingpal.biz, including, but not limited to, text links, banner links, and product links. You may display these links on your website, in emails, or in online advertisements. You must ensure that each link accurately displays the products offered on Shoppingpal.biz and that each link properly uses the appropriate tracking code.

Promotions and Marketing: You are responsible for promoting Shoppingpal.biz to your audience. You may use any methods to promote Shoppingpal.biz, including but not limited to social media, email marketing, and pay-per-click advertising. You may not use any marketing method that is in violation of any laws or regulations.

Prohibited Activities: You may not engage in any of the following activities while participating in the Affiliate Program:

Term and Termination: This Agreement will begin upon our acceptance of your application and will end when terminated by either party. Either you or Shoppingpal.biz may terminate this Agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving the other party written notice of termination.

Modification: We may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this Agreement, at any time and in our sole discretion, by posting a change notice or a new agreement on the Shoppingpal.biz website. Modifications may include, for example, changes in the commission rate, changes in payment procedures, and changes in the rules for the Affiliate Program.

Limitation of Liability: We will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages, or any loss of revenue, profits, or data, arising in connection with this Agreement or the Affiliate Program, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Further, our aggregate liability arising with respect to this Agreement and the Affiliate Program will not exceed the total commission fees paid or payable to you under this Agreement.
